Gift - Kaina and Keane

A birthday gift for Miss ~NuClEaR-JiNx as today is her seventeenth birthday!

These here are her Batman OCs Ghost and Phantom, known otherwise as Keane and Kaina Mustang. (Sans their masks.)

I really need to start carrying around refs for these two now, since I cannot remember how to draw their outfits properly to save my life. I know, I probably should have worked on this when I was in front of a computer. Hell, I probably should have started it when I was on Skype with *DerbyNo23 and we were discussing Jinxy's birthday. But of course, I had to be a dumb and sketch this while I was at work, with no access to easy character refs. Still, I think I did okay for the most part. (Even if I forgot the triangle on their cheeks, and that they both have the red streak in their hair on the same side.)

Something about Kaina's face seems a little too...sweet. Too innocent. I feel like that isn't so bad with Keane, because I feel like he's secretly more soft and warm-hearted and innocent than his "mum." Hence the big, sweet eyes on him.
