DC OC Chibis - Ink

And last but most certainly not least in the "Freaky Family" batch of lovely ladies, we have the ever-mysterious (and ever chipper) Ink!

Funny story... back when I was writing the first installment of the "Guen Trilogy", I had wanted to find a ship for Scarecrow (because people were shipping him with Wraith and I never wanted that to actually go anywhere but I didn't want to just leave Jon without a ship at all) and I was searching on dA and not finding any OCs shipped with him that really would have worked with my story the way I wanted them to. I stumbled across Ink because her creator drew her frequently and mentioned her being shipped with Crane, and after looking at some more of the stuff ShadO had posted for Ink I had gone "oh awesome!! I love this character!" Promptly I then realized that ShadO had a LOT of watchers, even back then. (Her watcher count at the time was about 1,249. >>; ) I remember this because suddenly I was extremely intimidated to talk with her because my brain went "Oh no! She's popular! I might send her a message asking to put Ink in my story and she won't even look at it!! D'8" Eventually though I decided to cut my losses and message her regardless, and it was to my great relief that she answered and said that yes, I could. (She later laughed when she learned that I had been scared to message her, which helped ease me even further.) This actually was the start of our friendship and not only are we still close now, 8 years later, but she's also going to be flying in tomorrow [on 5/14/17] to stay with us for a week-long vacation~!!

And of course, Ink here has remained friends with Guen/Wraith and is a staple part of the "Freaky Fam"~. Helps my grim-minded little harpy to have a positive friend around to lift her spirits, after all~.

Freaky Fam core six lady chibis are finally 6/6! Woo-hoo~!! XD And that means that now I can get to work on the other chibis for this project!!
